CTF Participation Rules

Competition Rules
Please review the following conditions carefully before participating in the BSides Bratislava CTF.
- Participation is restricted to registered individuals only.
- Each participant is permitted to use a single account.
- The sharing of flags, solutions, or hints between participants or teams is strictly prohibited.
- All activities must be conducted solely within the designated competition infrastructure. Attacks against external systems are not permitted.
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks targeting the platform or other participants are strictly forbidden.
- Brute-force techniques may only be used where explicitly permitted within a challenge.
- Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the CTF platform itself (including the scoreboard, APIs, or underlying infrastructure) is strictly prohibited.
- Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Harassment, sabotage, or interference with other participants will not be tolerated.
- To be eligible for prizes, participants must attend the event in person.

The CTF is designed to provide a safe environment for practical cybersecurity learning and competition. Activities must remain within the designated CTF infrastructure and the rules above.
