Christos Voutselas
Christos Voutselas is a cybersecurity professional, technologist, and community organizer with a strong focus on defensive security, OSINT, threat analysis, and applied security engineering. With extensive hands-on experience across security operations, incident analysis, and custom security tooling, his work bridges the gap between real-world cybersecurity challenges and practical, actionable solutions.
Throughout his career, Christos has worked across multiple areas of cybersecurity, including incident response, security operations, threat detection, and security program development. He is passionate about building resilient security practices, improving defensive capabilities, and leveraging automation and intelligence-driven approaches to strengthen modern cyber defense.
Beyond his professional work, Christos is deeply involved in the cybersecurity community as the founder and organizer of BSides Bratislava, helping bring together hackers, researchers, defenders, students, and cybersecurity professionals in an open, community-driven environment focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

Tomas Kirnak
Tomas, Founder / CEO at NetCore j.s.a. (Unimus), has been working in IT for over 20 years, specializing in infrastructure automation, monitoring and security.
From designing networks for some of the largest US Telcos, to monitoring and security solutions for nation-wide banks, all the way to writing software for infrastructure automation.
Tomas has many stories about running and securing critical infrastructure in real-world scenarios.

Apostolos Gkletos
Apostolos Gkletos has worked in cybersecurity since 2017, building a strong background in Security Operations Centers and digital forensics. Formerly a Cybersecurity Engineer for the Hellenic Navy SOC, he has hands-on experience in SOC architecture, incident response, SIEM engineering, and day-to-day cyber defence operations.
Apostolos is currently the R&D Cybersecurity Team Leader at European Dynamics S.A., where he leads the company’s cybersecurity activities in EU research projects such as NG-SOC, XTRUST-6G, and DOME Marketplace, with a focus on next-generation SOC capabilities and trusted digital infrastructures. He is based in Greece and actively contributes to the broader European cybersecurity ecosystem.

Petros Mantzoukas
Petros was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and has been living in Bratislava, Slovakia for the past eleven years. He began his career as a Network Engineer at AT&T, where he spent three years building a strong technical foundation in networking and infrastructure. He later transitioned into cybersecurity, joining EPICOR as a Cybersecurity Analyst, where he spent another three years gaining hands-on experience protecting enterprise environments and responding to modern security challenges.
For the past four years, he has been part of Takeda, where he leads a global 24/7 team of cybersecurity analysts responsible for responding to cyber threats across both IT and OT environments. Together, they help protect critical systems, operations, and sensitive data around the clock.
He is passionate about incident response, cybersecurity operations, and continuous learning, with a strong focus on improving detection, response capabilities, and resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Richard Mader
Richard Mader is the founder of SPARK42, a cybersecurity company specializing in offensive security and Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT). He brings over 20 years of experience in IT, covering system administration, architecture, and security leadership roles.
In recent years, his focus has been on security assurance, vulnerability management, adversary simulation, and advanced offensive security testing, helping organizations strengthen their resilience against real-world cyber threats.

Nikita Bohuslavskyi
Nikita works as a Penetration Tester at Siemens Healthineers, where he assesses the security posture of a wide range of assets, from web applications to hardware devices. He is passionate about uncovering unusual behaviors and edge cases that can lead to interesting vulnerabilities and complete exploit chains.
Outside of his professional role, Nikita actively participates in Bug Bounty programs, contributing to the security of multiple organizations, while also conducting independent security research within the Application Security (AppSec) field. His research focuses heavily on parsing, encodings, and identifying inconsistencies and behavioral discrepancies across systems.
Nikita is also an active Capture The Flag (CTF) competitor as part of the Slovak National Cyber Team, which ranks within the Top 90 teams on CTFtime, one of the leading global CTF ranking platforms. In his spare time, he continues to expand his knowledge of Red Teaming TTPs and enjoys rock climbing.
