• Participation is restricted to registered individuals only.
• Each participant is permitted to use a single account.
• The sharing of flags, solutions, or hints between participants or teams is strictly prohibited.
• All activities must be conducted solely within the designated competition infrastructure. Attacks against external systems are not permitted.
• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks targeting the platform or other participants are strictly forbidden.
• Brute-force techniques may only be used where explicitly permitted within a challenge.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the CTF platform itself (including the scoreboard, APIs, or underlying infrastructure) is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Harassment, sabotage, or interference with other participants will not be tolerated.
• To be eligible for prizes, participants must attend the event in person.
